The role involves handling outbound sales calls, generating leads, promoting banking products, driving customer activation, and ensuring long-term customer retention.

Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Promote and sell banking products, including:
- Credit Cards
- Loans
- Insurance
- Generate qualified leads and achieve sales targets.
- Explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Drive customer activation and retention initiatives.
- Maintain a consultative and customer-first approach during interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and provide market feedback.

Eligibility Criteria Education

- Graduation in any stream is mandatory.

Experience

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in:
- BPO
- Tele-sales




- Customer Service will be preferred.

Fixed Day Shift

- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM OR
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
