We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-focused Outbound Calling Executive to join our NGO team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing supporters/donors, explaining the NGO's initiatives, building trust, and encouraging people to support our social causes.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors/supporters.
Explain the NGO's mission, campaigns, and social initiatives clearly.
Build positive relationships with donors through professional and courteous communication.
Follow the provided calling script and maintain proper calling etiquette.
Handle donor queries and provide accurate information.
Encourage interested individuals to contribute/support the NGO through approved channels.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and donor responses.
Conduct timely follow-ups with interested donors.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and performance targets.
Escalate complex donor queries or complaints to the concerned team.
Maintain confidentiality of donor information and follow organizational policies.
Required Skills
Good English communication will be an advantage.
Good verbal communication and active listening skills.
Confident, polite, and positive personality.
Ability to explain information clearly and handle objections professionally.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel/CRM.
Comfortable making outbound calls.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Eligibility
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers can apply.
Prior experience in telecalling, fundraising, customer support, sales, or donor calling will be an advantage.
