We are looking for a motivated and responsible OT & AT Technician Trainee to join our hospital team. The candidate will work under the supervision of experienced OT and medical staff and gain hands-on experience in operation theatre and anaesthesia-related procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing the Operation Theatre for procedures.
Arrange and maintain surgical instruments and equipment.
Assist the OT and anaesthesia team during procedures.
Support patient preparation and transfer.
Follow sterilization and infection-control protocols.
Maintain OT equipment, consumables and records.
Ensure proper cleaning and preparation of the OT after procedures.
Follow hospital safety and quality standards.
Skills Required
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a hospital environment.
Ability to work rotational shifts.
