Now Hiring: Workato + Orderful Integration Developer

Location: 100% Remote (India)

What You'll Do

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workato recipes and Orderful EDI integrations
- Translate business requirements into technical integration workflows and field mappings
- Integrate cloud and on-premises applications via connectors, APIs, webhooks, databases, and file-based interfaces
- Build integrations using REST and SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and OAuth 2.0
- Develop reusable, callable recipes, recipe functions, and common integration components
- Configure triggers, actions, conditional logic, loops, data transformations, and lookup tables
- Build custom connectors when standard connectors do not meet requirements
- Manage trading-partner onboarding, EDI transaction setup, and document routing on Orderful
- Implement error handling, retries, alerts, logging, reconciliation, and monitoring
- Troubleshoot failed jobs, performance issues, and production incidents
- Manage recipe versions and promote integrations across development, testing, and production
- Support unit testing, system integration testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support
- Create technical design documents, mapping documents, runbooks, and support documentation

Must Haves
- Hands-on Workato experience (mandatory)
- Hands-on Orderful experience (mandatory)
- Development plus some admin experience (mandatory)



- pure development with zero admin exposure will not fit
- Approximately 7 years of overall integration/development experience
- Proven ability to independently build complex integrations from scratch
- Strong command of REST APIs, SOAP, webhooks, JSON, XML, and authentication mechanisms
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Experience integrating at least two real enterprise applications
- Experience diagnosing failed jobs and implementing retry and alerting mechanisms
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

Nice to Have
- Workato certification, API Platform experience, custom connector (SDK) development, or on-prem agent experience
- Experience integrating Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle, Snowflake, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite
- CI/CD, setting management, version control, and integration-governance practices
- Background with another iPaaS such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or SnapLogic
- Ability to overlap with US business hours when required
