Oracle Technical Lead / Senior Oracle Developer Positions: 3

Job Summary We are looking for experienced Oracle Developers / Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development . Candidates should be highly comfortable working with complex SQL queries, stored procedures, Oracle Scheduler and data-loading processes. Experience in Accounting & Finance within the Banking, Insurance or Financial Services domain is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance and maintain complex Oracle database applications.
- Write and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries.
- Develop and maintain Oracle Stored Procedures, Packages, Functions and Triggers.
- Work extensively with Oracle Scheduler for database jobs and automated processes.
- Design and support data-loading / dataload processes.
- Troubleshoot database issues and perform SQL/PLSQL performance optimization.




- Understand business requirements and translate them into robust Oracle solutions.
- Support database-related development, integration and migration activities.
- Collaborate with application, business and technical teams to deliver solutions.
- For the Technical Lead role, provide technical guidance, code review and support to the development team.

Mandatory Skills

- 8+ years of strong Oracle development experience for Senior Developers.
- 10 15 years of relevant experience for Technical Lead.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Database and PL/SQL.
- Excellent knowledge of complex SQL queries.
- Robust experience with Oracle Stored Procedures, Packages and Functions.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Scheduler.
- Experience with data loads / dataload processes.
- Strong understanding of database fundamentals.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- 4 5 years of .NET development experience.
- Strong experience in Accounting & Finance.
- Domain experience in Insurance, Banking or Financial Services strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in Oracle Financials migration projects is an advantage.
- Candidates with strong Oracle expertise and relevant Accounting/Finance experience in an Insurance organization can also be considered.
