Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Oracle Programmer.

The Oracle

Programmer will design, develop, and maintain Oracle-based applications and database solutions that support client business needs. Daily tasks include writing and optimizing Oracle PL/SQL code, creating and maintaining Oracle Reports, and ensuring data integrity and performance across databases. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement software enhancements.

Programmer will also participate in testing, documentation, and ongoing support of deployed solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong programming skills with experience in Oracle-related technologies and software development.
- Hands-on experience working with databases, including design, optimization, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in creating, modifying, and maintaining Oracle Reports.
- Demonstrated analytical skills for problem-solving, performance tuning, and data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with SDLC practices, version control, and testing methodologies.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with business process automation or consulting environments is a plus.
