Oracle PAAS Admin – Senior Consultant, Managed Services

Our Enterprise Performance team helps organizations maximize value from enterprise technologies across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT operations. As a Cloud Technical Consultant within Managed Services, you will support clients in maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions that enable business performance and operational continuity. Deloitte’s practitioners bring together technology experience, process knowledge, and delivery discipline to help organizations address complex operational needs, improve system performance, and support ongoing transformation in a energetic business environment.

Level: Senior Consultant or equivalent

As an experienced Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant, Managed Services on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:

- Support Oracle Cloud technical operations across managed services engagements, including issue analysis, defect resolution, and system enhancements.

- Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, extensions, and data-conversion components using Structured Query Language (SQL), BI Publisher, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Financial Reporting Studio, and File-Based Data Import templates.

- Support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Service-Oriented Architecture Cloud, Representational State Transfer (REST) services, Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) services, and Web Services Description Language (WSDL)-based services.

- Perform production support activities, including queue monitoring, ticket updates, incident and problem management, and resolution within service-level requirements.

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams across delivery locations to support deployments, code migrations, testing, and ongoing system improvements.

Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai

Shift Timings: 24x7 rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements

Qualifications

Required

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

- 4-9 years of Oracle Middleware or Platform as a Service (PaaS) administration experience, including 2+ years in a senior or lead role.

- Experience administering Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle API Gateway, Oracle WebLogic Server, and Oracle Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) Suite.

- Experience using Terraform, Python, and shell scripting to manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) resources.

- Experience with Oracle Autonomous Database, Exadata Cloud Service, and OCI networking, including Energetic Routing Gateways (DRGs), FastConnect, and hub-and-spoke networks.

- Experience with identity federation, Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, OCI Vault, API gateway security policies, and enterprise logging tools, including OCI Logging, Splunk, or Elastic Stack (ELK).

- Experience performing patch management, version upgrades, security remediation, root-cause analysis,



and performance tuning for WebLogic servers, Java applications, or integration flows.

Preferred

- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2024 Architect Professional or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2024 Integration Professional certification.

- Experience mentoring junior administrators and leading technical workstreams involving functional and technical teams.
