Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud SME to support the migration of existing OIC integrations to Microsoft Fabric and Azure Logic Apps.

This is not expected to be a continuous full-time OIC role. The primary responsibility is to provide deep knowledge of the existing OIC implementation, accelerate migration analysis, support OIC-side changes, assist with validation, and support progressive retirement of OIC integrations.

Preference should be given to a hybrid resource who also has Microsoft Fabric and/or Azure Logic Apps skills, allowing available capacity to contribute to target-platform development.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze existing Oracle Integration Cloud integrations and configurations.
- Review .IAR artifacts and document existing integration behavior.
- Understand and explain:
- Orchestrations
- Connections
- Endpoints
- Mappings and transformations
- Schedules and triggers
- Authentication
- Error handling
- Dependencies
- Support detailed analysis of OIC integrations before migration.
- Identify upstream and downstream dependencies.
- Document current source-to-target behavior for use by Microsoft developers and QEs.
- Support Oracle Fusion integration analysis, including applicable FBDI, BICC, BI Publisher, REST and SOAP interfaces.
- Support OIC endpoint and configuration changes required during migration.
- Assist with OIC connectivity, credentials, secrets, certificates and related configuration.
- Support analysis of event subscriptions and event-driven OIC integrations.




- Work closely with the Fabric/Logic Apps developer to ensure existing integration behavior is correctly replicated or rationalized.
- Support the QE team by explaining OIC baseline behavior during target-to-target parallel validation.
- Assist with troubleshooting differences between existing OIC output and the new Microsoft implementation.
- Support migration-wave cutovers.
- Disable/retire migrated OIC integrations following successful validation, cutover and stabilization.
- Identify remaining dependencies before OIC integration retirement.
- Support OIC decommission-readiness documentation and transition activities.

- OIC orchestration and integration development.
- OIC adapters, connections and mappings.
- .IAR analysis and deployment.
- REST and SOAP integrations.
- FBDI and file-based Oracle Fusion integrations.
- BICC and BI Publisher integration experience.
- SFTP/FTP and file-processing integrations.
- PGP encryption/decryption.
- Authentication, certificates, credentials and secrets.
- Error handling and OIC monitoring/troubleshooting.
- Solid ability to reverse-engineer and document existing integrations.

This is a need-based OIC SME role rather than a dedicated OIC position. The resource will primarily support OIC analysis, migration, configuration, validation, cutover, and retirement activities based on each migration wave. Preference will be given to candidates with Microsoft Fabric and/or Azure Logic Apps experience so that available capacity can be utilized for target-platform development.
