- Simplified Template Creation
- HR Extracts
- Strong functional knowledge of
- Core HR
- Performance Management (Mandatory)
- Experience in Functional Testing of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
- Positive knowledge of Agile methodologies, Sprint ceremonies, and Agile delivery practices.
- Experience in a client-facing role, including requirement gathering, solution discussions, and stakeholder interactions.
