Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Security Consultant with 10+ years of experience, including robust hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Security, RBAC, Security Console, Data Roles, Security Profiles, SSO, and IAM integrations . The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting secure access across Oracle Fusion HCM environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and manage Oracle Fusion HCM security architecture .
- Configure Abstract Roles, Job Roles, Duty Roles, Data Roles, and Security Profiles .
- Manage RBAC, role provisioning, user access, and deprovisioning .
- Develop custom roles and security policies using Oracle Security Console .
- Implement and manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) and security governance.
- Configure and troubleshoot SSO integrations with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, IDCS, or Ping Identity.
- Work with SAML 2.0, OAuth, and OpenID Connect .
- Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, login,



and access-related issues.
- Perform periodic access reviews, audits, and role recertification .
- Analyze Oracle HCM audit logs and security reports .
- Support security compliance requirements and internal/external audits.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support for complex security-related SRs.
- Prepare and maintain security design documents, role matrices, and security mapping documents .
- Work closely with HR, IAM, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Oracle Cloud teams .
