Are you a passionate professional with expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Consultant ? experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, support, and enhancements. The consultant will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring Oracle Fusion HCM modules, supporting integrations, testing, and working closely with business stakeholders.

What we are looking For : We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with 7–10 Years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, support, and enhancements. The consultant will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring Oracle Fusion HCM modules, supporting integrations, testing, and working closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead functional activities for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation and support projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from HR and business stakeholders.
- Configure Oracle Fusion HCM based on business requirements and Oracle best practices.
- Prepare functional specifications, solution designs, process documents, and configuration documents.
- Conduct requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution demonstrations.
- Handle end-to-end implementation activities including requirements, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, data migration, and extensions.
- Support data conversion and migration activities, including validation and reconciliation.
- Prepare and execute SIT, UAT, regression, and functional testing.
- Analyze and resolve production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and assess their impact on existing configurations.
- Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and preparation of user documentation.




- Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and manage deliverables within project timelines.

Required Oracle HCM Modules Strong functional experience in one or more of the following:

- Core HR / Global Human Resources
- Absence Management
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Oracle Talent Management
- Oracle Compensation
- Oracle Benefits
- Oracle Payroll
- Workforce Structures
- Performance Management
- Learning Management
- Time and Labor

Technical / Functional Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
- Excellent understanding of HCM business processes and HR operations.
- Experience with Fast Formula and HCM Extracts.
- Knowledge of BI Publisher / OTBI reporting.
- Understanding of HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HSDL.
- Exposure to REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Knowledge of security roles, data roles, and HCM security concepts.
- Experience with configuration, personalization, and workflow approvals.
- Good understanding of enterprise structures, legal entities, business units, departments, jobs, positions, grades, and locations.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred.
- Experience working with global implementations and multiple legislative regions.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
