Mastek is seeking experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultants with expertise in US Payroll, UK Payroll, or Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) as a primary module, along with strong experience in Absence Management and Quick Formula .

nKey Responsibilities

- Lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
n
- Configure and support US Payroll, UK Payroll, or OTL modules based on business requirements.
n
- Design and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, OTL, validations, calculations, eligibility rules, and custom business requirements.
n
- Configure and support Absence Management plans, accruals, carryovers, and eligibility profiles.
n
- Conduct client workshops, prepare functional design documents, and provide solution recommendations.
n
- Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live activities.
n




- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, HDL/HCM Data Loader, and data conversion activities.
n
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective solutions to business stakeholders.

nRequired Skills

n✅ 5+ years of relevant Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion HCM experience

n✅ Minimum 2 End-to-End Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Projects (Mandatory)

n✅ Strong expertise in US Payroll / UK Payroll / OTL

n✅ Hands-on experience in Absence Management

n✅ Strong experience in Fast Formula development, debugging, and optimization

n✅ Experience working with global clients and cross-functional teams

n✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
