As an Oracle Finance – GL, AP, CM, Expenses - Senior Associate, you will specialize in using and managing the Oracle Financials software, an integrated financial management system that provides tools for managing financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Oracle Finance system, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities





- Configuring and maintaining Oracle Financials to optimize financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, and cash management
- Analyzing client needs to implement tailored Oracle Finance solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle Financials
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for finance process improvements and transformation
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform strategic decision-making and financial planning
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex financial concepts and provide actionable insights
- Developing and presenting financial reports to stakeholders, confirming clarity and accuracy
- Upholding qualified and technical standards in financial management and reporting
- Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to drive client success and satisfaction
- Building meaningful client connections and managing relationships to foster long-term partnerships

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Utilizing Oracle Financials and Oracle General Ledger for client solutions
- Developing finance transformation strategies for diverse client needs
- Navigating complex financial regulations and compliance issues
- Analyzing financial trends to inform strategic decisions
