nAppointed Candidate plays an important role running our day-to-day activities focusing mainly on Consolidation, Close and all other associated modules.
nWorking closely with the accounting teams, this role primarily supports users by understanding the requirements and translate them into the software application functionality. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Oracle FCCS .
nKey Responsibilities:

nOracle FCCS Implementation:
n
nResponsible for end-to-end development, and system configuration for Oracle FCCS cloud application and create automations around the same.
nResponsible for support and maintenance of other connected systems that support different processes and its integrations.
nProvides technical support to root cause and resolve operational issues and collaborates with cross-functional team in month/quarter close activities.
nSupports the development activities for improvement initiatives. Provides programming of custom code and migrates the solutions to production, Participates in validation activities.
nMaintains the technical documentation related to Record to Report and related modules.
nConduct gap analysis and work with cross-functional teams to customize and enhance FCCS functionalities.
nManages the production migration of fixes and enhancements.
nServes as the subject matter expert in the R2R domain and understands the detailed system functionality including Audit requirements.

nQualifications and Requirements:
n
nBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
nExtensive experience (5+ years) in implementing and supporting with at least two full life cycle, end-to-end implementation of FCCS.
nFamiliarity with Oracle Cloud EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) suite and integration capabilities with other Oracle Cloud applications.
nFamiliar with Authentication mechanisms & security Protocols.
nExperience working with ERP systems and 3rd party systems in a cloud-based setting.
nRelevant experience in technology implementation methodology and lifecycle (Development, Testing, Documentation, Cutover, Deployment, Hypercare).
nTechnical and functional knowledge of Journal Entries, COA and Record to Report modules is preferred.
