Role Description The Oracle Functional Consultant role at Drevol is a full-time, in office position based in Vadodara. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, map business processes to Oracle modules, and configure Oracle applications to support end-to-end operations.

Daily responsibilities include gathering and documenting functional requirements, designing solution workflows, participating in system configuration and testing, and supporting users through training and issue resolution.



The role involves collaborating with technical teams for integrations and enhancements, preparing functional specifications, and assisting with system upgrades and process improvements. The consultant will also contribute to continuous optimization of Oracle usage to improve efficiency, compliance, and reporting across business functions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Order Management processes and Oracle Order Management functionality.
- Candidates should possess experience with Procure-to-Pay cycles, including procurement, purchasing, and accounts payable within Oracle modules.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Oracle HR or related human capital management processes and configurations.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills and the ability to translate business process requirements into practical Oracle solutions.
- Relevant skills such as experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud ERP, SQL basics, and familiarity with finance and operations workflows are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, along with prior experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant or Business Analyst, is preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams are essential.
