Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Consultant with 5–10 years of overall experience and strong expertise in Oracle Cloud EPM solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations, functional configuration, business process analysis, requirements gathering, testing, reporting, integrations, and production support.The consultant should have robust expertise across EPBCS, Workforce Planning, FCCS, and TRCS, and will work closely with Finance, FP&A;, Tax, HR, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions for budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, financial consolidation, statutory reporting, and tax reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Cloud EPM implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Finance, FP&A;, Tax, HR, and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into Oracle EPM functional solutions.
- Configure and support Oracle EPM applications based on business requirements.
- Provide functional expertise across:
- EPBCS – Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service
- Workforce Planning
- Financial Planning
- Capital Planning
- Project Planning
- FCCS – Financial Consolidation and Close Service
- TRCS – Tax Reporting Cloud Service
- Design and optimize budgeting, forecasting, planning, consolidation, financial close, and tax reporting processes.
- Develop and maintain planning, budgeting, forecasting, and what-if analysis models.
- Configure Workforce Planning models covering headcount, compensation, hiring forecasts, and workforce cost analysis.
- Configure FCCS applications for consolidation, ownership management, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and financial close processes.
- Configure and support TRCS applications for tax provision calculations, tax reporting, data collection, and reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain business rules, calculation scripts, forms, dashboards, and reports.




- Develop and support Groovy scripts and Calculation Manager rules.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, test scenarios, and user documentation.
- Support integration of Oracle EPM with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Fusion Applications, and third-party systems.
- Develop and support integrations using EPM Data Integration, FDMEE, REST APIs, and EPM Automate.
- Manage metadata, data loads, data validation, reconciliation, and master-data activities.
- Develop and support financial and management reporting using Smart View, Narrative Reporting, Oracle Financial Reporting, and Management Reporting.
- Develop executive dashboards, KPI reports, and support ad-hoc analytical requirements.
- Lead or support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Provide functional support during go-live, hypercare, and post-production phases.
- Provide L2/L3 support, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve application issues.
- Conduct workshops, product demonstrations, knowledge-transfer sessions, and user training.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, Finance, Tax, HR, FP&A;, and other stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions aligned with Oracle Cloud EPM best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5–10 years of overall experience in Oracle EPM implementation and support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with:
- EPBCS
- Workforce Planning
- FCCS
- TRCS
- Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementation projects.
- Strong functional knowledge of:
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
- Financial Consolidation
- Tax Provision and Reporting
- Workforce Planning
- Financial Close Processes
- Hands-on experience with EPBCS, Workforce Planning, FCCS, and TRCS configuration and support.
- Strong experience with Business Rules, Calculation Manager,



Groovy Scripting, forms, dashboards, and calculations.
- Experience with Smart View, Narrative Reporting, and Management Reporting.
- Strong experience with EPM Automate, Data Integration, and FDMEE.
- Experience with REST APIs and Oracle EPM integrations.
- Experience integrating Oracle EPM with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Fusion Applications, and third-party systems.
- Experience with data migration, data loading, metadata management, data validation, and reconciliation.
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, functional configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Strong experience in functional documentation and preparation of functional specifications.
- Excellent stakeholder-management, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Finance, Tax, HR, FP&A;, and Technology stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile or structured project environments.

Good to Have:

- Experience working on large-scale Oracle Cloud EPM transformation or implementation programs.
- Strong knowledge of P2P/ERP financial processes, FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, financial close, and tax reporting.
- Advanced experience with Groovy scripting, Calculation Manager, Business Rules, and EPM Automate.
- Experience with complex Smart View, Narrative Reporting, Management Reporting, and executive dashboards.
- Experience integrating Oracle EPM with Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM Cloud.
- Knowledge of Oracle EPM security, roles, access management, and application administration.
- Experience with metadata management, data reconciliation, and data quality frameworks.
- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, Oracle HCM Cloud, or other Oracle Fusion modules.
- Experience working in financial services, banking, payments, or large enterprise environments.
- Experience working with GCC/UAE finance, tax, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Oracle EPM Cloud certification preferred.
- Professional accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA would be an advantage.
- Prior experience working in a client-facing consulting environment.
- Experience with structured Oracle implementation methodologies and Agile delivery.
- Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
