nRole Overview

nWe are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials & Risk Management Consultant with 9+ years of experience in end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and production support . The candidate should have strong functional expertise in Oracle Financials, Risk Management, financial controls, and business process transformation.

nKey Responsibilities

- Lead/participate in Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, enhancements, and AMS/support .
n
- Solid hands-on experience in GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Intercompany, Tax and Subledger Accounting .
n
- Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis , solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
n
- Implement and support Oracle Risk Management Cloud , including:
n
- Advanced Access Controls
n
- Advanced Financial Controls
n
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
n
- Access Certification
n
- Risk & Control monitoring
n
- Define and maintain SoD policies, risk/control matrices, and financial controls .
n
- Provide L2/L3 production support , incident/problem management, RCA and SLA management.
n




- Support month-end/year-end close and critical Finance processes.
n
- Assess Oracle quarterly releases and coordinate regression testing.
n
- Work with business, Finance, Internal Audit, IT Security and technical teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
n
- Support integrations with Procurement, Projects, HCM, EPM, Banking and third-party systems .
n

nRequired Skills

n

n
- 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience with significant Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementation/support experience.
n
- Strong understanding of R2R, P2P, O2C and Cash Management processes.
n
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud, SoD and Financial Controls .
n
- Experience with functional specifications, testing, data migration and production deployment.
n
- Good understanding of OIC, REST/SOAP, FBDI, OTBI and BI Publisher is preferred.
n
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
n
- Experience working in large/global implementation or managed-services environments.
n

nPreferred Certifications

nOracle Cloud Financials | Oracle Risk Management Cloud | ITIL / Agile

nEducation

nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, IT or related discipline. CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
