Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle BRM Developer with solid hands-on expertise in Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) and Pricing Design Center (PDC). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting BRM solutions, with a strong focus on pricing, rating, charging, billing, invoicing, and revenue management.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and support solutions using Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM)

- Perform hands-on PDC configuration and pricing model development

- Configure and manage products, discounts, bundles, charge offers, and pricing rules in PDC

- Develop and customize BRM components including FMs (Facility Modules), Opcodes, and Policy Files

- Work on rating, charging, billing, invoicing, and taxation processes

- Understand and work with the BRM data model and event lifecycle

- Integrate BRM with upstream and downstream systems such as CRM, OSM, and payment gateways

- Troubleshoot billing and rating issues and perform root-cause analysis

- Perform unit testing, defect fixing, and application enhancements

- Provide production support and resolve critical BRM-related issues





- Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse requirements and implement effective solutions

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle BRM development

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle BRM and Pricing Design Center (PDC)

- Experience in PDC configuration and pricing modelling

- Good knowledge of rating, charging, billing, invoicing, and taxation

- Robust experience in Opcode customization, Policy development, and FMs

- Good understanding of BRM data model and event lifecycle

- Experience working in UNIX/Linux environments with shell scripting

- Strong knowledge of SQL and Oracle Database

- Experience with integration of BRM with external, upstream, and downstream systems

Nice to Have

- Experience with Oracle Elastic Charging Engine (ECE)

- Exposure to Telecom OSS/BSS environments

- Knowledge of payment processing and collections

- Experience in production support and incident resolution

- Exposure to CRM, OSM, payment gateway, or other telecom ecosystem integrations
