Responsible for mixing, machine operation, production support, and basic maintenance activities to ensure smooth and continuous OPVC pipe production.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform raw material mixing as per production requirements and instructions.
- Operate assigned production machines safely and efficiently.
- Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities immediately.
- Support the Production/Maintenance team during minor breakdowns and routine maintenance.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the machine and work area.
- Follow production instructions, SOPs, safety procedures, and shift requirements.
- Coordinate with the Shift In-Charge and team members for smooth production.
- Provide timely production and machine updates through the designated communication channel.
Qualification & Experience
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Plastic Technology, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in machine operation, plastic extrusion, PVC/OPVC pipe manufacturing, or similar industry.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
