We are looking for an Ops & Automation Engineer to design scalable solutions, automate operational processes, and drive continuous improvement across core IT platforms

? Experience: 7+ Years

? Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement solutions across Identity, Endpoint, Network & ITSM platforms
- Develop reusable automation solutions to reduce manual effort
- Automate recurring tasks through event-driven, scheduled & workflow-based automation
- Integrate platforms using APIs, scripting & automation frameworks
- Handle complex BAU issues and implement permanent fixes
- Support self-service, bulk operations & automated fulfilment
- Maintain automation standards, monitoring, logging & documentation
- Ensure compliance with security, RBAC & governance requirements
- Drive continuous improvement and manage technical initiatives independently

✅ Solid PowerShell scripting – Essential

✅ Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory / Okta

✅ Microsoft Intune / Automox

✅ Jira & Confluence

✅ Microsoft Graph, REST APIs & Webhooks
