Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and timely execution of operational activities.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with different teams, monitoring operational processes, managing daily workflows, resolving operational issues, and ensuring that company procedures and performance standards are followed effectively.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and teams.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Manage and monitor day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
2. Coordinate with internal departments and teams to ensure timely completion of operational tasks and requirements.
3. Monitor team performance, workflow, and productivity and provide guidance whenever required.
4. Identify and resolve operational issues by coordinating with the concerned teams and ensuring timely solutions.
5. Maintain operational reports, records, MIS, and performance updates for management review.
6. Ensure company policies, processes,



and standard operating procedures are followed across daily operations.
7. Assist management in improving operational efficiency and implementing process improvements wherever required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2 - 5 years of experience in Operations, Operations Management, Administration, Coordination, or a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of day-to-day operational processes and workflow management.
- Good team coordination and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting/MIS.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Should be responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced professional environment.

Qualification : Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with relevant experience in Operations, Administration, Business Operations, or a similar field will be preferred.
