OPERATIONS HEAD – WORLD THROUGH LENS World Through Lens is looking for a highly responsible and proactive Operations Head to manage our photography shoots end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of every shoot from booking confirmation to final delivery.

• Coordinate clients, photographers, cinematographers, editors and freelancers.

• Manage shoot schedules, team allocation, travel, accommodation and logistics.

• Handle client communication and resolve issues professionally.

• Manage last-minute changes, cancellations and unexpected situations.

• Coordinate data collection, editing and final delivery.

• Ensure every shoot happens smoothly and on time without constant supervision.

• Build and manage a reliable network of photographers and cinematographers across different locations.

• Experience in photography, weddings, events, travel, production or operations is preferred.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
