process improvements and operational dashboards ✔ Solid stakeholder and partner communication skills with excellent numerical and operational discipline ?KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage enrolment, data feeds and exception handling • Own claims intake, adjudication, payouts and TAT tracking • Manage partner & insurer settlements and reconciliations • Prepare weekly/monthly MIS and operational reports • Build SOPs and launch checklists for new programs • Identify process gaps and drive automation with Data/Product • Manage and guide Operations Analysts • Conduct program-level deep-dives and improve processes ⭐NICE TO HAVE: RTO/Shipping Protection, Embedded Insurance, Device Protection, Extended Warranty or insurer-side operations experience.
