Operations Manager – Production, Delivery & Service

Pranaisha Designs | Bengaluru | Full-Time

Pranaisha Designs is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day execution across our furniture manufacturing and customer delivery operations.

This is an execution-focused role. You will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders move smoothly from production → quality check → delivery → installation → after-sales service .

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily furniture production against committed delivery dates.
- Coordinate with carpenters, upholstery teams, supervisors and other production staff.
- Identify production delays, material shortages and bottlenecks and resolve them proactively.
- Ensure finished products undergo proper quality checks before dispatch .
- Prepare and manage daily and weekly delivery schedules .
- Coordinate delivery vehicles,



delivery teams and installation staff.
- Ensure customers receive their orders on time and in good condition .
- Track all pending service and after-sales complaints .
- Assign technicians/service teams and ensure complaints are closed within committed timelines.
- Coordinate between sales, production, dispatch, delivery and service teams .
- Maintain clear order and operations trackers and provide regular status updates to management.
- Manage shop-floor manpower, work allocation, productivity and execution discipline.
- Take ownership of operational problems rather than simply escalating them.

What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is organised, practical, proactive and strong at follow-ups .

Experience in furniture manufacturing, interiors, modular furniture, home improvement, manufacturing or similar operations will be preferred.

Ideal profile:

Experience: 2–5 years in operations/production/delivery management

Location: Bengaluru

Skills: Production planning, team management, delivery coordination, vendor coordination, customer handling, Excel/Google Sheets and problem solving.

This role involves regular coordination with factory and field teams, so candidates should be comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment rather than purely a desk-based role .
