### About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to take complete responsibility for factory operations, including Store, Production and Despatch.

The ideal candidate should be a strong team leader with excellent coordination, problem-solving, decision-making, computer and MIS reporting skills.

### Key Responsibilities

- Manage Store, Production and Despatch operations for smooth end-to-end workflow.
- Lead 3 Department Managers, 15 Supervisors and 100 workers.

- Plan production and material availability as per confirmed orders and delivery commitments.
- Monitor inventory, stock accuracy, material movement, wastage and purchase requirements.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, productivity and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Supervise finished goods packing, loading, documentation and timely despatch.

* Coordinate daily with Accounts, Sales and HR for costing, stock, manpower, payroll and delivery planning.

- Prepare and review daily MIS reports covering production, stock, despatch, attendance and operational issues.

- Take quick, practical decisions regarding manpower, material, production priorities and urgent orders.
- Resolve operational problems related to material, manpower, quality, machines and delivery.
- Control wastage, overtime, handling losses and other operational costs.
- Maintain discipline, housekeeping, safety and smooth factory functioning.





### Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.

* 5–8 years of relevant manufacturing plant operations experience.

- Experience managing 100 workers through managers and supervisors.
- Must have handled or coordinated Store, Production and Despatch departments.

- Strong knowledge of factory-level problem-solving and operational planning.

* Excellent MS Excel and MIS reporting skills; ERP / Tally knowledge will be an advantage.

- Gujarati and Hindi mandatory; basic English for reports and communication.
- Strong leadership, coordination, decision-making and team-management abilities.

* Must be hands-on, physically active on the factory floor and capable of managing complete operations independently. Ideal Profile: An experienced Operations Manager who can take complete ownership of factory operations, coordinate all departments effectively and ensure smooth production, inventory and despatch with minimum delays and wastage.
