The role
Own competitive, accurate freight pricing for our clients. Use your shipping-line and international-agent network to source and negotiate FCL/LCL rates, build structured pricing frameworks and keep Eximple commercially sharp across trade corridors.
What you'll do
- Source and negotiate FCL/LCL rates with shipping lines, NVOCCs and international freight agents for Africa, the Middle East, Far East, Europe, the Americas and South-east Asia.
- Prepare accurate, competitive quotations within committed turnaround times.
- Maintain live rate matrices by carrier, port and corridor; track BAF, EBS, PSS and other surcharges.
- Build relationships that secure preferential pricing and space commitments.
- Work with operations and sales to balance conversion and margin goals; assess carrier reliability and routing options.
What we're looking for
- 2-3 years in freight pricing, forwarding operations or shipping-line sales.
- An established network with shipping lines, overseas agents, CHAs and local logistics partners.
- Robust ocean freight, surcharge and trade-lane knowledge, commercial judgment, structured rate-negotiation skills and clear communication.
Location: Sector 29, Gurugram. Work from the office six days a week.
Compensation: 12-16 LPA, performance-linked variable component and ESOPs.
