Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Coordinate with department heads and team leaders to achieve operational targets.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and task completion.
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Track workflows, deadlines, and key operational activities.
- Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and review operational reports, MIS, and performance trackers.
- Ensure company policies, processes, and SOPs are followed across departments.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders as required.
- Support management in planning, execution, and operational decision-making.
- Monitor resource utilization and identify areas for cost and process optimization.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely closure of operational issues.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments and maintain accountability.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
- MBA in Operations/Management is an added advantage.

Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in Operations Management or a similar role.
- Experience in managing teams, processes, and cross-functional operations is preferred.
- Experience in preparing MIS, performance reports, and operational dashboards is an added advantage.
