Closely monitoring and customer visit of sales TEAM and they should leave office by 10:15 and back by 3pm Weekly meeting preparing for new project mapping, existing project, pipeline ie: sales funnel Monthly target achieving, order intake, turn over, collection.

Monitoring Sales

Team target and updating of their performance. Any document asked needs to be delivered in time Accounts person follows up and data to be sent to me in time In my absence taking care of the office. Ensuring the activities are completed as per discussion Admin of the office Creating HR polices Creating formats for the easy understanding Ensure offers go in time, chasing the OEM to provide the prices.



with 4 hrs Creating price list and ensuring profitability and also winning orders Cost of goods needs to be understood Product learning to be done / Model Numbers to be learnt OEM collaboration needs to be done Various area follows up needs to be rigorously Checking on the sales funnel and analysing which all order we can be closed.

In case of any person absence need to send offer and preparing invoicing. Checking all the documents before sending to customer Updating every day the activities and sales team moment Preparing price list and format for monitoring. Order intake /Revenue/collection every month and reviewing last month performance short fall to be covered in next month Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning Analyse internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with CEO Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners,



and overseeing the daily business and administrative operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency Assessing and enhancing the efficiency of internal and external operational processes Leading and motivating staff to achieve sales and organisational objectives Recruitment process to attract the best candidates and reduce employee turnover Mentoring and inspiring employees to key into the vision of management Establishing policies that improve and promote company vision and culture Evaluating company performance and recommend strategies to improve results .

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related field. 5–10 years of experience in Operations, Sales Coordination, Commercial, or Business Management.

Experience in B2B sales operations, printing, industrial products, or manufacturing preferred.
