Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager – B2B to manage and streamline day-to-day business operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with B2B clients, managing operational processes, ensuring timely service delivery, improving efficiency, and maintaining robust client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end B2B operational activities and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Handle B2B client requirements, orders, service requests, and operational queries.
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of client requirements as per agreed timelines.
- Monitor operational performance, productivity, and service quality.
- Develop and implement efficient SOPs and operational processes.
- Track orders, dispatches, deliveries, documentation, and other operational activities.
- Resolve operational issues and client escalations promptly.
- Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and performance reports for management.
- Monitor team performance and allocate work effectively.
- Train, guide, and supervise the operations team.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Support teams.




- Identify process gaps and implement corrective measures to improve efficiency.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key B2B clients.

Required Skills

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Operations, Business Management, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in B2B operations, business operations, client servicing, or supply-chain-related operations preferred.
