We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage investment operations and ensure smooth coordination between clients, Relationship Managers, product teams, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities: Process new client onboarding and documentation . Coordinate with AMC, CAMS/KFin Technologies, Insurance, PMS, AIF and other product/service teams . Handle client/RM queries and transaction-related requirements .

Reconcile Mutual

Fund, PMS, AIF and other Third-Party Product AUM . Execute/track transactions on BSE, CAMS/KFin Technologies and other platforms . Update and maintain transaction and portfolio data in back-office systems. Prepare portfolio MIS, monthly/quarterly reports and capital gain statements . Ensure timely and accurate reporting to clients and RMs .



Identify and escalate discrepancies and exceptions . Participate in client engagement and collaboration calls .

Skills & ExperienceGraduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, Management or related field ; candidates from good B-Schools preferred. Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills . Proficiency in MS Excel and data management . Robust attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines . Go-getter with a Can-Do attitude. High level of integrity, confidentiality and customer-centricity . Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment .
