- Manage vendor onboarding and databases
- Handle bookings and order updates
- Coordinate with customers and vendors
- Maintain accurate operational data & MIS reports
- Track payments, invoices and documentation
- Monitor quality, compliance and issue resolution
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
- Support automation and AI-driven operational initiatives
