We’re looking for an Operations Executive who can seamlessly manage operations, coordinate sessions, and support our publishing and content efforts—someone who is both organized and creative.

What You’ll Do

- Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth execution of workflows
- Coordinate with different teams and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain records, reports, databases, and documentation
- Coordinate with editors, publishing coordinators, and operations teams
- Support publishing-related activities and ensure tasks are completed within timelines
- Assist with Amazon product/book listings and related activities
- Handle operational coordination with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders
- Work independently and take ownership of responsibilities from start to finish

Eligibility

- Graduates with a minimum of 1 year experience
- Individuals returning from a career break are welcome
- Comfortable working 6 days a week
- Have a laptop and reliable internet connection
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in Tamil and English
- Willingness to travel as part of the role
- Two-wheeler/bike is compulsory

- Salary: Rs. ₹25,000 per month
