Key Responsibilities:

- Policy Issuance & Data Integrity: Oversee the end-to-end policy generation process, ensuring the accurate and timely verification of policy data while actively monitoring issuance workflows.
- Operational Task Execution: Drive daily operational task management by effectively prioritizing workloads based on business urgency and maintaining strict adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT) metrics.
- Continuous Process Improvement: Proactively identify workflow bottlenecks and implement strategic solutions to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and boost overall team productivity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with internal departments to optimize workflows, resolve operational hurdles, and ensure seamless daily business operations.
- Performance Reporting & Analytics:



Generate comprehensive regular reports tracking key operational performance indicators (KPIs). Analyse data trends to uncover actionable insights and opportunities for continuous operational optimization.
- Deadline & Quality Management: Demonstrate exceptional time management skills to consistently execute tasks and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality or accuracy of deliverables.
- Insurer Partner Coordination: Act as a key liaison with external insurance partners, coordinating effectively to ensure alignment, process compliance, and swift resolution of policyrelated matters.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
2. Excellent problem-solving abilities
3. Analytical thinking with attention to detail

Eligibility:

1. 0-3 year of relevant experience in operations or a similar role.
2. Any Bachelor’s degree, Master’s Degree
