Introduction about the role: We’re looking for an

Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations, coordinate across teams, track deliveries, and ensure smooth execution of projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations and ensure timely project delivery.

- Plan and allocate resources based on project requirements.

- Track team capacity, workloads, timelines, and deliverables.

- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.





- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.

- Support hiring and resource planning.

- Maintain operational trackers, MIS, and reports.

- Drive process improvements and manage priorities, follow-ups, and ad-hoc requirements.

Must-Have

- 0–2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, delivery, or a similar role.

- Experience in performance marketing is preferred.

- Strong communication, organisation, and follow-up skills.

- Good knowledge of

Excel/Google Sheets

.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
