Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and drive Operational Excellence initiatives across manufacturing and support functions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and execute cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and quality improvement projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional Operational Excellence projects involving Production, Maintenance, Quality, Purchase, Sales, and Logistics teams.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and ensure timely execution through stakeholder coordination.
- Analyze operational data, identify performance gaps, and prepare dashboards, reports, and management presentations.
- Track and document cost-saving initiatives and operational improvement metrics.
- Drive the implementation and horizontal deployment of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, RCA, and other Business Excellence methodologies across plants.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 14+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement,



Lean Manufacturing, or Business Excellence within the Chemical, Specialty Chemicals, Manufacturing, or Process Industries.
- Robust expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional process improvement and cost optimization projects.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, KPI monitoring, dashboard preparation, and performance reporting.
- Qualification BE/B.Tech (Chemical)
