- Exchange Admin Center (EAC): Configuring mailbox-level policies and folder-specific rules.
- PowerShell Scripting: Automating retention policy assignments and bulk updates.
- Outlook Client Knowledge: Understanding how retention tags appear to end-users and how they can apply them manually. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
- Risk Assessment: Evaluating the impact of retaining vs. deleting data.
- Policy Optimization: Ensuring retention settings don t lead to unnecessary storage costs or data loss.

- Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, or local data protection laws that dictate retention requirements.
