Job Type: Full time Job SummaryWe are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to streamline our daily workflows, installation pipelines, and technical service dispatches. In this mid-level role, you will bridge the gap between our sales team, field technicians, and supply chain vendors. You will ensure that gate automation projects—ranging from residential automated driveways to commercial security barriers—are executed on time, safely, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Service & Installation Dispatching: Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate daily routes for gate technicians, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower and quick response times for emergency repairs.
- Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels for critical automated gate hardware (motors, solar panels, sensors, intercoms, and remote systems). Place purchase orders and coordinate with manufacturers to prevent project delays.
- Project Tracking & Execution: Monitor progress from the initial site survey through engineering, assembly, installation, and final sign-off. Track project timelines using our scheduling software.
- Vendor & Client Communication: Serve as the primary operational liaison for commercial clients, property managers, general contractors, and manufacturing partners regarding delivery times, lead periods, and job scopes.




- Regulatory & Compliance Coordination: Ensure all installations align with local building codes, electrical requirements, and UL 325 safety standards for automatic gates. Maintain accurate safety logs and technical compliance documentation.
- Reporting & Invoicing: Track material costs and labour hours against initial estimates, prepare weekly operational performance metrics, and trigger progress billing/invoices upon milestone completions.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 3–5 years of operational coordination experience, ideally within gate automation, access control, commercial security systems, HVAC, or general construction subcontracting.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency with field service management software (e.g., Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan) and project tracking tools. Familiarity with gate operators, entry loops, or low-voltage systems is a major plus.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to manage logistical bottlenecks, shifting field emergencies, and supply chain constraints independently.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to navigate conversations comfortably with structural installers, fabricators, property owners, and corporate executives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
