ABOUT THE ROLE- We’re looking for someone who can make our properties work better. This role sits at the intersection of hospitality, operations and technology, where you’ll identify what isn’t working, understand why, and build practical solutions.

You’ll work closely with our property teams, vendors and technology partners to improve everyday operations — from hotel systems and processes to reporting, automation and the tools our teams use.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, building systems and making things happen, rather than simply managing processes that already exist.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON-

- Improve operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Inventory, Procurement and Logistics.
- Manage and improve PMS, POS, restaurant ordering, inventory and other operational systems.




- Oversee operational technology such as Wi-Fi, CCTV, devices and connectivity, coordinating with vendors when required.
- Build and improve SOPs, workflows, dashboards, trackers and reporting systems.
- Identify opportunities to use automation, AI and technology to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
- Take ownership of operational problems from identification → solution → implementation, working with property teams, vendors and developers.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR-

- 2–5 years of experience, preferably with hands-on experience in hotel/hospitality operations.
- Solid technology and digital aptitude, with the ability to understand and work with different systems.
- Someone who is curious, hands-on and comfortable figuring things out independently.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with property teams, vendors and technology/development teams.
- A practical, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
