Role Description The Operations Assistant (Female) is a full-time, in office role based in Thiruvananthapuram. This role supports day-to-day operational activities, including coordinating student consultations, maintaining schedules, and organizing documentation for educational services.

Assistant will handle routine administrative tasks, assist in managing service packages,



and ensure smooth communication between counsellors, students, and parents.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, supporting customer service processes, tracking operational performance indicators, and assisting with continuous improvement of internal workflows. The role requires close collaboration with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality experiences for students.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and counsellors.
- Proficiency with basic office software and digital tools used for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Thiruvananthapuram, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field preferred
