Position: Operations & Client Servicing Executive

Location: Pune

Industry: Wealth Management / Mutual Funds / Financial Services The role involves supporting day-to-day investment operations while ensuring a smooth and responsive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle mutual fund and investment-related operations
- Process transactions, account opening and documentation
- Coordinate KYC, FATCA and other client documentation
- Assist clients with service requests and transaction-related queries
- Maintain and update client records and MIS
- Coordinate with AMCs, platforms and other service providers
- Track pending transactions and ensure timely closure




- Support Relationship Managers in client servicing
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance and confidentiality

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in Mutual Funds / Wealth Management / Banking / Financial Services preferred
- Valuable communication and client-handling skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up
- Comfortable with Excel, reporting and financial-service platforms
- Knowledge of mutual fund operations will be an advantage
