Role Description The Operations Executive role at Rego is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Operations

Executive will oversee day-to-day fleet operations, including allocation of vehicles and chauffeurs, monitoring trip schedules, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. The role involves coordinating with clients and internal teams, resolving operational issues,



and maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Executive will analyze operational data, track key performance metrics, and support process improvements to optimize costs and utilization. The position also includes documentation, reporting, and collaboration with technology and support teams to ensure smooth usage of Rego’s systems and tools.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to manage daily fleet activities and service delivery.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support process optimization and decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to coordinate with clients, chauffeurs, and cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in transportation, logistics, or mobility services and familiarity with basic MS Office or similar tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, operations, logistics, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work flexible schedule when operational needs require.
