Marketing & Operations Manager The Vincent Inn | Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Job Summary The Marketing & Operations Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day hotel operations while driving sales, marketing, business development and revenue growth for rooms, banquets and F&B.;

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily hotel operations and coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Kitchen and Security.
- Drive room, banquet and F&B; sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Generate business through corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, event/wedding planners and local businesses.
- Handle sales enquiries, property visits, quotations, negotiations and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain corporate and B2B client relationships.
- Manage and coordinate digital marketing, social media and online presence.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, reviews and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor occupancy, room revenue, banquet revenue and sales performance.
- Conduct market visits and monitor competitor rates and activities.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, discipline and service standards.




- Prepare regular sales, marketing and operational reports for management.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational and commercial targets.

Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Marketing or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations, sales, marketing or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Positive knowledge of hotel operations and local B2B/corporate sales.
- Target-oriented, proactive and commercially driven.
- Comfortable with client meetings, field sales and networking.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing.
