Job Summary The Data Analyst supports Manufacturing and Operational Excellence by delivering data-driven insights that improve efficiency, quality, delivery, and cost. This role partners with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, and IT to strengthen reporting, data quality, automation, and decision-making.

The position also supports OEE monitoring, predictive analytics, IoT-enabled data integration, digital twin initiatives, and data readiness for advanced analytics and AI-enabled solutions.

Job Mode: 2 days WFH, 3 WFO.

How You'll Create Impact

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports using tools such as Power BI
- Support OEE reporting and KPI tracking across manufacturing operations
- Support predictive analytics, IoT data integration, and digital twin initiatives
- Use SQL, Python, and ETL processes to support reporting, automation, and analytics
- Monitor data accuracy, completeness,



and timeliness, and help resolve issues as needed
- Partner with business and IT teams to improve data standards, reporting processes, and governance
- Analyze manufacturing and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives as directed by the management

Expected Areas Of Competence (i.e., Knowledge, Skills And Abilities)

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, ETL, and reporting automation
- Understanding of OEE, manufacturing KPIs, predictive analytics, IoT, and digital manufacturing concepts is a plus
- Knowledge of data governance, master data, data cleansing, and reporting best practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across business and IT teams
- Attention to detail and passion for data accuracy and continuous improvement

Your Background

Education/Experience Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Operations, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a data management or analytics environment
- Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or operational excellence functions
- Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI and working knowledge of SQL and Python
- Exposure to OEE reporting, predictive analytics, IoT data, or digital manufacturing initiatives preferred
