ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth execution of processes. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment, coordinating with multiple teams, and taking ownership of operational tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and coordinate runners to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and smooth daily operations.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation for all logistics and operational activities.
- Coordinate vehicle movement and ensure timely pickup, delivery, and handover.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Maintain and update logistics records, trackers, and operational data.
- Monitor pending tasks and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS and operational reports.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of experience in ground operations and should have handled blue collared manpower.
- Prior background of startup ecosystem
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced operations environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
