Role

We are looking for an experienced Retail Operations Head to lead Sugartown’s Bangalore operations and drive store performance, customer experience, team productivity, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor day-to-day operations across stores.
- Drive sales, customer experience, and operational profitability.
- Lead, train, and manage store teams and managers.
- Implement and maintain SOPs, hygiene, service, and quality standards.
- Control inventory, wastage, manpower, and operational costs.
- Track daily/weekly KPIs and take corrective actions.
- Support new store openings and expansion across Bangalore.
- Coordinate with management, HR,



marketing, finance, and supply chain.

Ideal Candidate
- Robust hospitality/F&B; operations experience with multi-unit exposure.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercially driven and highly hands-on.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment.
- Willing to travel across Bangalore as required.

Preferred profiles: Hotel Operations Manager, F&B; Manager, Cluster Manager, Area Operations Manager, QSR Operations Head, or Retail Operations Head. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
