nThis role focuses on the implementation, integration, configuration, technical support and ongoing maintenance of OpenText solutions within an HR IT landscape , including integrations with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM .

nThe opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on expertise in OpenText Content Server, Extended ECM, HR document management, system configuration, SAP integration, troubleshooting and enterprise application support .

nRole Overview

nAs an OpenText Expert , you will support the implementation and operation of OpenText solutions used for enterprise HR document management.

n

nYou will be responsible for configuring workflows, metadata, permissions and document lifecycle processes , supporting integrations with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM , resolving technical issues, supporting upgrades and ensuring the platform meets security and compliance requirements.

nKey Responsibilities

- Support the implementation and deployment of OpenText for HR document management.
n




- Integrate OpenText solutions with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM .
n
- Configure workflows, metadata, permissions and document lifecycle management .
n
- Provide L2 and L3 technical support for OpenText-related issues.
n
- Analyse technical problems and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for resolution.
n
- Manage system updates, patches and enhancements .
n
- Ensure compliance with enterprise IT security and regulatory requirements.
n
- Develop technical documentation and user training materials.
n
- Support end users with technical queries and best practices.
n
- Collaborate with HR IT teams, business stakeholders and external vendors .
n
- Ensure appropriate data security, access control and GDPR compliance .
n

nMust-Have Skills

n

n
- Strong hands-on experience in OpenText implementation, configuration and support .
n
- Experience with OpenText Content Server, Extended ECM or similar OpenText modules .
n
- Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM .
n
- Experience or understanding of HR document management integrations .
n
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
n
- Good understanding of workflows, metadata, permissions and document lifecycle management .
n
- Ability to support enterprise applications in complex environments.
n
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English .
n

nThe JD specifies 3+ years of hands-on OpenText implementation, configuration and support experience ,



within an overall experience expectation of 6–8 years .

nGood-to-Have Skills

- Experience with APIs, Boomi, SAP CPI or other middleware technologies .
n
- OpenText or SAP-related certifications .
n
- Experience with cloud-based document management systems .
n
- Understanding of HR business processes and compliance requirements .

nCandidate Profile

nWe are looking for professionals who combine strong OpenText technical expertise with a positive understanding of enterprise HR systems and document management .

nCandidates should be comfortable working independently while collaborating with HR IT teams, application teams, business stakeholders and external vendors .

n

nExperience in enterprise environments involving SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM and OpenText will be highly relevant.
