Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage vendor invoices from receipt to payment, ensuring timely processing and accurate reconciliation.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.

- Utilize OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology to extract relevant information from scanned documents.

- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including tracking numbers, amounts, and status updates.

Job Requirements :

- 3-6 years of experience in Vendor Invoice Management or related field.

- Proficiency in using VIM software such as OpenText VIM or similar tools.

- Solid understanding of OCR technology for document extraction and data entry.
