1. Having minimum 3years Independent handling of overall plant engineering department.

2. knowledge in engineering related documentation reviewing as per regulatory requirements.

3. reviewing of work-permits like confined space, Hot/Cold work, Work at height as per safety and cGMP.

4. should have knowledge in instrumentation like SCADA, PLC and HMI etc..,

5. reviewing and scheduling of calibration and PM.

6. experience in maintaining of instrumentation lab.

7. having knowledge in qualifications, validations, installations across site.

8. Compliance of cGMPs, SOPs and documentation for engineering equipment and systems.

9. Reviewing and handling of HVAC system and RLAF, LAF etc.

10. Spares and consumables handling.

11. Positive exposure in Utility handling.

12.



Compliance of safety and environment policy at site.

13. Daily review meeting with the individual team members and work towards improvement that is considered necessary to the standards and specification that will maintain and enhance the quality of service delivery.

14. Deploy team resources in most effective manner to achieve agreed service objectives.

15. Preparing and reviewing of ORM on monthly wise.

16. Preparing OPEX and CAPEX for overall plant.
