- Provide exceptional customer service through chat support, email, or non-voice processes.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Freshers/Experience (0-3 years) can apply for this role.
- Strong communication skills in English language required.
- Ability to work versatile shifts including rotational shifts (24x7).
- Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications.
