JOB OBJECTIVE

1. Creation of a futuristic complimentary product portfolio through internal sourcing/inlicensing
2. Identification of New Markets and formalisation of entry strategy
3. Outlicense existing products to potential customers, in collaboration with Business Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS : 1 Identification and filing of new products

2 Inlicensing strategic products for key markets

3 Outlicensing existing products in key markets

4 Develop and Maintain a robust market database for existing and new products and conduct and share trend analysis as required by top management

5 Analysis of Market trends and recommendations to Business Team on New Products and Existing Product trends

JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES:

1 Strong Analytical and Communication Skills

2 Understanding of global therapy trends and new product evolution

3 Strong connects with various manufacturers and CMO's globally and in India

4 Solid know how and connects with partners/distributors across various regions in Emerging Markets

5 Team Player - liaison/coordination with team members and internal stake holders





6 Domain knowhow of regulatory requirements across Emerging Markets and ability to decipher requirements to map market wise product portfolios

7 Strong Project Management Ability to ensure timely deliverables

8 Fair understanding of product development process and dossier development process

9 Strong negotiation skills

10 Ability to understand complex products including Biosimilars, chronic therapy and other top of the pyramid products

11 Ability to understand and work on B2B and B2C models

12 Fair understanding of patent laws across Emerging Markets

JOB COMPLEXITIES:

1 Basic understanding of therapy trends, new product evolution to create complementary product portfolio

2 Ability to understand pharma regulations and technicalities related to the regulations/dossiers etc

3 Develop business models based on markets/regulations/product/potential and investment

4 Drive internal processes and ensure project completion in a time bound manner
